Italian laws on Medical Advertising

Law n.175 05/02/1992 combined with and modified by law n.42 26/02/1999, and by n.362 14/10/1999, regulates advertising for doctors, dentists, and general medicine, providing that they are in accordance with agreed upon forms and methods, but not providing for forms of regulation in regards to the Internet. This web site was created and is maintained under the guidelines set by the Order of the Medics of Florence.
